Pastor Billy, as he is more commonly known, was born and raised in Tennessee. He came to know Jesus Christ as his personal Lord and Savior at the age of six at Westwood Baptist Church in Nashville. After graduating from Samford University in Birmingham, Alabama, he became a C.P.A. and worked in the business world until God called him into full-time ministry. Since graduating from seminary in 1980, he has served churches in Alabama, Pennsylvania, New York, and Texas. Pastor Billy and his wife, Diane, have been married since 1980 and have two grown sons. Paul's admonition in Colossians 1:28 is his mandate in ministry, "We proclaim Him, admonishing every man and teaching every man with all wisdom, so that we may present every man complete in Christ." | | Milton Harding Congregational Care Pastor

Milton C. Harding, Jr., a Virginia native resides in Centreville, Va., with Deborah his wife of over 25 years. Milton and Deborah have four children Melissa, Jonathan, Allison and Monica. Serving the body of Christ for over 20 years, Milton and family have been members of CBC for over 12 years. Milton has served within the church as the Chairman of the Missions Council, Men's Ministry developer, and as an Elder. In his current role as Pastor of Congregational Care he leads ministry teams for Prayer, Counseling, First Impressions, Family Services and Home Fellowship Groups -- welcoming, connecting, and caring for God's people. Milton also enjoys playing saxophone, keyboards, bass fishing, speed chess and sports. | | Bill Hatcher Outreach Pastor

Bill grew up in Centreville and has lived in Northern VA all his life except for the time he spent in Blacksburg, VA as a student at Virginia Tech. It was there at the age of 20, that he gave his life to Jesus Christ. He joined CBC the following summer and has been here ever since! Bill served as the full time Youth Pastor for 18 years. He met his wife, Grace, at CBC, got married in 1983, and they now reside with their five children in Bristow. In the fall of 2004, he became the Outreach Pastor with the vision of reaching our community and the world for Christ. | | Darren Mooney Education Pastor

Darren grew up in Alabama and has spent most of his life in the southern part of the country. He began to walk with God as a teenager and was drawn to the ministry in college. Darren met Stacy, his wife, at a collegiate worship event and they have been serving together ever since. Darren has served churches in Alabama, Tennessee and Northern Virginia before coming to CBC. Darren loves families and seeing them grow together in their pursuit of Christ. His personal passions are leadership, reading, movies and the local church. | | Art Werner Worship Pastor

Art was born in Chattanooga, TN to a family devoted to ministry. He came to the Lord at age 6, growing up in California and Texas. He received his Bachelor of Music Degree in 1981, married his wife Tami in 1982, and moved to Chattanooga where Art was already serving as minister of music. Their two sons were born there. They moved to serve a church in Louisiana, where their daughter was born, and he completed his Master's Degree from New Orleans Baptist Theological Seminary. They came back to Manassas to serve, then to Phoenix, and now here at CBC. Art's passion is for music, drama, and evangelism. | | Janet Bracewell Director of Administration

Janet was born in Washington state, and grew up moving across the country repeatedly. She accepted Christ as a teenager in New Mexico. After graduating with a BBA in New Mexico, and nearly finishing an MBA at the University of Houston before transferring again, two more moves brought the family to northern Virginia. She and her husband, Tony, have been married since 1976, have a daughter and son, both married, and two granddaughters. She sees her role as providing the resources and support for the church to carry out its mission in the community. |

Marlene Hale is a native Virginian, growing up in southwest Virginia and accepting Christ as her personal Savior when she was a child. She received B.S. and M.S. degrees from Virginia Tech. She and Bob have been married since 1974 and have a married son. Marlene delights in children of every age and has been a part of the Children's Ministry here at CBC for over 25 years. She is committed to supporting parents in their responsibility of being the primary spiritual educators of their children, by providing a place where children can experience the love of Jesus Christ and guiding them in building relationships with Him and the church family. | | Cindy Hall Women's Ministry Director
 Cindy is a native Northern Virginian, spending most of her childhood and teen years in Fairfax City. She grew up attending church regularly and accepted Christ as her Savior on her first youth ministry retreat at the age of 12. Cindy received her B.S. in Early Childhood Education from James Madison University where she met her husband, Chuck. She and Chuck have two sons. Cindy started the Women’s Ministry at CBC in the early 90’s and served as the Director for ten years before stepping down in order to spend more time with her family. She followed God’s calling back into the role in May of 07. Cindy is passionate about helping women discover their gifts and then enabling them to use those gifts in ministry. |  | Lane Sebring Student Ministry Director
 Lane was born and raised in Oklahoma City. He gave his life to Christ when he was seven years of age, and was called into vocational ministry at age seventeen. He attended The University of Central Oklahoma earning a B.A. in Communication. Lane served at two churches in Oklahoma before coming to CBC. He is currently pursuing a Master of Divinity degree from Southern Seminary. His purpose is to lead students to follow Christ passionately. He is passionate about teaching, equipping leaders, the church, friends and family. | |
